I am passionate about empowering women about childbirth and would love to share with you a glimpse into the choices/options that are available to you. I encourage women to be educated about their bodies and the birth process. I feel educated choices, (whatever that may be) is a basis for a satisfying birth experience.

Learn some basics of childbirth including stages of labor and how to manage pain. You will learn physical and emotional comfort measures. For pregnant mothers and their spouse or support person (if applicable.) Learn what is standard at a hospital birth and what options you have. Learn and practice how to make informed choices.
A free educational packet is included is included ($5 donation for supplies is optional.)
