Hi there. I'm Natalie. I'm a 35-year-old mother of four. 15-year-old boy, 11-year-old girl, 7-year-old boy and 5-year-old girl. I've been married to my good husband, Jimmy, for 16 years (wow!) I was raised in Rexburg (I have 9 siblings, Bowen is my maiden name.) I moved to North Idaho when I first got married and we lived in Osburn (by Wallace/Kellogg) and then Coeur d'Alene before moving back this way to Rigby. My husband does excavation and works for my dad in Rexburg. I also do medical transcription from home. Serve in my church, I am currently the Stake Young Women's Secretary, which is a lot of fun. I also enjoying using and selling essential oils. I sell Butterfly Express oils and have a facebook page, A Mother's Touch Essential Oils by Natalie Sainsbury. I also enjoy using them for prenatal pampering for moms and during labor.I didn't get my passion for childbirth stuff until about a year after my last baby was born. I love helping women and, most importantly, couples during the birth of their babies. It's so awesome to help give them tools to use to bring comfort, support, encouragement, empowerment at this precious, and often, vulnerable time. Husband's quickly realize that a doula boosts them up and allows them to shine like the hero their wife wants/needs them to be (sometimes I'm a quiet little inconspicuous, albeit, powerful influence.) They love it. On the other hand, if your husband would feel more confident and rest assured seeing that his wife's needs are met, however it be (ie. a doula's constant physical and emotional support) then a doula's help will help a husband experience the best birthing experience for him as well, all while meeting the mom's needs for the best birth experience as well.
The rôle of a doula looks different to different people (that's what's awesome about it). Your wants, wishes, and needs will be different from the next person. A doula's services do not follow cookie cutter standards. Let me know how I can best meet your needs. I also want to make sure any one that wants a doula, regardless of finances/ability to pay, can have one. Please let me know if you need me to work with you!

You are awesome!!!
