Natural-Centered Cesarean

Cesarean Section are occasionally necessary in a true medical emergency or out of medical necessity for the safety of the mother and baby!  It is unfortunate, however, C-sections are being performed far too often and in fact compromise the safety/health of the mother and baby when not truly necessary.  The C-section rate is almost 35% in the US.  That's pretty much 1 in 3 women.  I'm not going to go into any further at this time, but I encourage women that are facing a possible C-section (wow, I think that's everyone these days) and in particular women who have had a C-section, to look into the possibilities of having a V-BAC (vaginal birth after cesarean.)  There is a lot of support out there, please just ask.
