10-12 we will be going over Stages of Labor, Communication, Know your Options
12-2 we will be going over Physical & Emotional Comfort Measures
This class is either to get your foot in the door and possibly encourage you to pursue a more formal childbirth class by a certified childbirth educator or for many of us the better-than-nothing class to help husbands and wives improve their birthing experience by educating themselves with a few tools.
